When winter comes, not only the above diseases but also various other physical problems appear. To prevent all these problems to some extent, try to follow the following points:
1. Many people give up exercise in the cold and early days of winter. In that case, many new diseases appear. The body becomes weak in immunity. So definitely refrain from giving up exercise in winter. Maintain a walking habit even if you don't do too much heavy exercise.
2. To keep any disease away, doctors advise developing the habit of washing hands frequently. This habit will keep you away from many problems in winter.
3. Take some amount of vitamin C daily with and without food. Your body will then be able to fight the disease more powerfully.
4. Meditation keeps away winter inertia, anxiety, stress, etc. So practice meditation to stay mentally and physically healthy even in winter.
Winter, summer, or any season has its positive, joyful side. But none of these can be enjoyed if you are not healthy. So follow some simple rules to stay healthy this winter and stay well throughout the winter.
