What if you only eat meat !!

Suppose you look a little thin, so everyone tells you to eat more meat. You get bored and think that from now on you will eat nothing but meat and you will be fat in no time. But now you are thinking if you only eat meat, what problems can arise?

If you don't have good fiber vegetables in your diet, the first problem you will suffer from is constipation. This is a common problem with bodybuilders as they eat too much protein. During Eid al-Adha, when meat is eaten in the morning and afternoon, many people suffer from constipation. Now think how serious the problem will be if you always eat meat!

Moreover, the easiest way for our body to generate energy is to convert carbohydrates into glucose, when you stop eating carbohydrates your body will start burning fat and important proteins. The subsequent side effects of which are very dangerous.


Another potential killer of meat-only eating is vitamin C deficiency. Because cooked meat contains very little vitamin C. Humans are unfortunately one of the few animals whose body does not produce its own vitamin C. This means we need to eat fruits and vegetables to get vitamin C. Vitamin C is needed because without it our body does not produce collagen and its deficiency will give you scurvy. Rash and gum disease, bad breath, etc. will also appear.

What if you eat only meat for 30 days?

Now you can say, I will eat raw meat, then these problems will not arise. This is because raw meat contains more vitamin C and is largely destroyed by the cooking process. You can eat raw meat, but how good it is for you depends on how fresh the meat is. Based on this your number of bacterial diseases may also increase. So you can't eat raw meat even if you want it because it has serious health risks.


Eating too much meat can cause protein poisoning - which includes nausea, diarrhea, and death from problems with the excess urea produced when the liver converts excess protein into glucose for energy.

But now the question may arise in the mind of many, if the diet of the Inuit people of Canada was exclusively meat, then how were they healthy? The answer is that they ate organ meats like liver, which contain vitamins D and A, and oily fish for omega-3 fatty acids. They also ate a lot of raw meat, which provided them with plenty of vitamin C and fat. In this, almost all the necessary food ingredients were obtained.

Finally, if you don't have special genetics and you have to eat meat for some reason - if not, I'd say don't forget to always plan to survive on meat. Eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and stay healthy.
