TED: Idea Sharing Factory
1.
Most of us suffer from Vallagena disease. I don't like anything at all. I don't like to play less, I don't like to eat more because I'm getting fat, I don't like to walk, I don't like to sit for a long time, I don't like to read and sometimes we don't like forit no reason. Sometimes I don't even like to write. Who knows why it doesn't work!
Our bad disease is much worse. How do you know it? Gradually reduces our productivity. I think it's a vicious cycle. Explaining. Let me tell you what happens in my case. I sat down to write. But after a while, he suddenly doesn't want to write anymore. Because I don't feel good anymore. So I left the laptop on and sat down to chat. I don't feel like chatting anymore. Then maybe I started watching some series to make my mind better. It may seem like, if I could have finished writing the series without watching it, I could have submitted it before the deadline.
Then when I sat down to write again maybe thinking, “Esh! I could not submit an article on time! What have I done in life!" I was disappointed to think that. I don't feel like writing again in frustration. This is how we fall into the vicious circle of VallagenaVillage. Once we don't like it, we leave one job and take another job and we don't like it again, then we get worried, then when we get the previous job we get disappointed and we don't like it again.
So what is the way out of this Vallagena cycle? It needs some motivation. Don't you like it when people pat you on the back if you get good results? Don't want to get better results? In fact, that pat on the back is motivation.
Just as a machine sometimes needs oil to run smoothly, we also need the motivation to speed up our work in this life.
2.
Now tell me what I do when I feel like writing or don't like it. I'm a YouTube freak. I prefer to read only on YouTube. So let's leave Ted's video. How many virtuous people are telling the story of their life's struggles and successes? How easy it is!!!
One day I met Ted while browsing YouTube. I see thousands of videos on their YouTube channel. Many famous people stand on a certain podium and speak in front of everyone. That's where my journey with Ted began.
But Ted's journey began before all of you were born. In 1984.
TED. Technology, Entertainment, Design. Well, I'm doing so much TED TED, what is the main task? Simply put, it is a media organization that organizes conferences where many dignitaries come and speak. And they upload those videos on their website and YouTube channel.
About the year 1984. Richard Saul Wurman (Richard Saul Wurman), an architect and graphic designer first came up with the idea of Ted. He observed that technology, entertainment, and design can be combined in a very beautiful way. Organized a conference that year with Harry Marks.
The first arrangement was with compact discs. However, the first TED conference did not generate much response. And financially the conference was also a failure. So the next event took 6 years. The second event was held in 1990. The event was however successful. Initially, TED only organized events based on technology, entertainment, and design. In the 1990s, TED continued to expand. Today, TED scientists, philosophers, politicians, singers, models, and actors also come here. Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Gordon Brown, Larry Page, Stephen Hawking, and even Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan were not left out; Everyone came to the TED event.
3.
Gradually TED became popular. TEF began to grow not only in the United States and Canada but all over the world. Post-2000 is Ted's best time. Since 2000, TED has branched out. Today Ted can be called a huge tree.
TED Global:
Previously, TED was held only in the United States and Canada. As its popularity was gradually increasing, TED Global was launched keeping in mind that TED could reach the entire world. Then TED continued to organize conferences in other countries as well.
TED Prize :
TED started giving out prizes. Giving respect in another sense. TED honors those changemakers who dream of making the world beautiful, and more livable and work to make that dream come true.
TED Talks :
The most famous came from Ted Talks. This is an audio-video podcast series. Here's a playlist of the best talks from TED conferences around the world. Which is released online. By 2006. And if you want, you can motivate yourself by watching videos of Ted Talks from any country at home. You can get to know the unknown, and maybe even get answers to your various questions.
The first 6 videos of Ted were uploaded to the Internet in the Ted Talks series! Unbelievably, it crossed one million views in just two months in September itself. By 2007, the Ted Talks series was the main reason for Ted's popularity. Basically, Ted Talks have worked as a "Global access" to get close to famous philosophers, thinkers, and leaders at home.

TED Active and TED fellow program:
It was born in 2008. Its function was to make it possible for people to come to the TED conference at a lower cost.
In the same year, TED offers opportunities to emerging innovators through the TED Fellows Program to showcase their innovations to the world. Ted introduces a huge platform for newbies.
TEDx:
Well, Ted is mainly in Canada and the United States. Now let's see the Ted Talks that make us wish I could go to a Ted Talk event. I sat face to face and listened to all the brave stories! How good it would be! But is it possible for us to go that far? So Ted X was born.
Here X means x = Independently organized TED event.
TED does not directly monitor such events. Let's say you want to host a TED-like event on your campus. What you need to do is get a permission license from TED. Ted doesn't even have to pay for it. Then you can become a TED event organizer yourself. TED X events are organized in different countries of the world. Even in neighboring India, it is happening regularly. Also happens in Pakistan. And Bangladesh is getting less and less. North South, BUET has organized once/twice.
Basically, this arrangement is to bring Ted down to the grassroots level. Now the talk is that we organize the local guest speaker here? Famous and successful people from their respective areas come.
TED Translator:
Well, suppose the Ted X show is in Spain. A Spanish inventor talks about his funny invention. But you do not know Spanish? And in another place maybe speaking in English. But a Portuguese boy like us may not understand English. What will you do then? Ted launched Ted Translator to solve that problem. Today TED is translated into more than 100 languages. Ted introduced it so that language could not limit the scope of knowledge. And many like us are working on, this translation. If you are an interpreter or fluent in several languages, don't delay and become a TED translator! It can also be a new source of income.
TED-Ed :
This is my personal favorite! Want to know about something? Want to know why we are depressed? Why do you need a good night's sleep? Do you want to know what excessive stress does to the body? Want tips on the details of writing? Or thinking too philosophically who are you? How is your evolution?
Then close your eyes and go to the Ted-Ed YouTube channel. You will know all the answers. Everything will be conveyed through animation in just 4/5 minutes or less! Not very interesting!
When you are sitting at home suffering from depression but don't know why you are depressed, or its side effects then I think it is a great medicine.
Ted Ed started in 2012. There are still lots of funny and educational videos uploaded almost every day.
4.
You understand that Ted has now turned from a bit to a genius. Ted's objective or goal is the same. "Spread Ideas." With this slogan "Ideas worth spreading" Ted is moving forward to all corners of the world.
When I sit and listen to Muniba Mazari's story of surviving a horrific accident and continuing to pursue her passion for painting despite being crippled, or other beautiful women like Lissy Valsáquez, or Shah Rukh Khan's story of becoming Shah Rukh Khan and the immense love people have for him. I don't like my own disease anymore when I hear or see someone my age fighting for education. The village is cured when I get thousands of basic ideas from these 18-minute or fewer lectures. Animation videos about philosophical theories like Ted Ed's “Who am I” work like a drug.
I like everything then.
Sometimes motivation is needed. There is also a need to spread ideas. At least we can get out of the vicious circle of Vallagena and use new ideas to start a new day!
