Why You Feel the Urge too Pee More in Winter

Imagine you are walking in the park one winter morning. Shortly after the start of the walk, you will need to find a washroom. But this same experience will not happen during summer. Naturally, we urinate more in winters and monsoons than in summers. Today I will know the science behind it.

There are two main reasons for excessive urination in winter.

First, two different lifestyles. During summer we spend more time outside, and the activity level is also relatively high. That is, at this time the body wants to release more heat. As a result, we sweat. Part of the free fluid accumulated in the body is easily sweated
Gets out of the body. On the other hand, our activities are less in winter. The amount of sweat is also less. So excess free fluid is excreted through urine.

Another reason to urinate more in winter is to not want to lose body heat. Cold or cold environment increases the work of the internal organs of the body. Because the body does not want to release heat during winter. Try to keep the body as warm as possible. This tendency also increases the rate of urination.
Simply put, during winter the blood flow to areas close to the skin slows down. As a result, body heat can escape from the blood through the skin. As a result more and more blood flows through the internal organs of the body. Specifically, kidney function increases. Large amounts of blood flow through the kidneys at high pressure. That is, the filtration level of the kidney also increases. And kidney filtration or filtration. Increased means more urine production. It is for this same reason that our urine volume increases during monsoons or rainy days.

So it can be said that mainly due to the above reasons, the number of urine increases in winter and rainy days. However, research suggests that it is not wise to cut down on water intake to avoid excess urination. Rather, you should drink enough water even during winter. Apart from this, physical labor is also important.

Do you also have increased urination during winter and rainy days? But don't forget to inform me!
